Frequently Asked Questions:

When and where do the in-person pods meet?

Pods meet once a week from 9:30 AM to 12:30 PM on Mondays, Wednesdays, or Fridays,
depending on location. Sessions will be held within 30 minutes of central Highlands Ranch
or Loveland. While these times are standard, they may flex slightly based on venue
availability and community needs.

Is there any additional cost to attend?

No—attendance at one project pod per week (in-person or digital) is included at no cost
as part of our publicly funded program.

How do we get started?

Fill out the short interest form linked in the email or on our website. Once you’re
confirmed for a location, we’ll send full details and next steps for participation. No
commitment required to fill out the form.

Who leads the pods, and how big are they?

Each pod is led by a trained TBA instructor and designed for 6–15 students to ensure
collaboration and connection. In some cases, a trusted parent volunteer may assist under staff supervision.

Can we stay fully digital—or mix and match?

Yes! Families may continue attending the Thursday digital pod via Zoom (8:30–12:00), or
mix and match as needed. We encourage consistency, but we understand flexibility is key.
